Carolyn’s Quilts! Carolyns first quilt is a flannel quilt front and back. I asked for the name of the pattern and she said she worked from a picture that she had cut out 6 or 7 years ago. Carolyn doesn’t like a lot of quilting, on this quilt, I did extra large stipple all over in a thread color by Permacore Threads called jade. A warm and white batting was used.
Her 2nd quilt is called “A Snowball’s chance” by Country Faces. The directions called for it to be put on point but she didn’t do that when assembling the rows and she added sashing to make the snowballs more lantern like. I did extra large loops all over in a black thread color by Omni Thread Co. She used ” A Quilters Dream” batting for this quilt.
3 rd quilt is a gnome theme. This is a modified pattern through Keepsake Quilting using their Timber Gnomes fabric line by Henry Glass & Co. I did large snowflakes all over in a white thread by Omni Threads and a warm and white batting was used.
